All the Principal's in Telangana State is requested to verify the data in the attachments and make necessary corrections after verifying the data carefully.

Note:1) The data shown in the table is compiled based on the previous reports submitted by             the Principal's.
         2) The figures shown against the Land and Compound Wall must be show as                            sq.meters/ sq.yards/sq.feets/ Acres & Guntas. Most of the Principal's not mentioned                   correctly Please correct them. 
         3) If the Principal wants to mention any thing in addition to the proforma please write in                the remarks coloumn.
         4) Please write total Land of the College in column No. (6) and running meters in                      column (19)for the colleges which requires construction of compound wall.
          5)Please verify the data shown in the table and make corrections where ever needed

Attention of all Principal's, Please see the subject cited above,  Commissioner of Intermediate Education  wants to carry out minor repairs of  GJC's like colouring, white washing, leakages, electrical repairs etc., to maintain the college neatly.
Hence you are requested to send the proposals of works to be carry out under minor works along with estimation to take  up the works immediately in this financial  year.
