BUDGET REQUIREMENTS OF GJCs FOR THE II QUARTER

Sir/Madam,
You are requested to send the requirement for the II qtr budget for the months of July, August & September 2015 in the PROFORMA ENCLOSED by duly obtaining information from the respective GJCs and scrutinizing it at your level.
The Total requirement should not exceed the Limit mentioned towards each item of expenditure/ each Sub Head in 110 TA., 130/131 SPT&TC, 130/132 OOE i.e. due to less budget availability in this HoA.
Please mention the amounts of requirement by duly keeping in view of the strength of the college, genuineness of requirement, etc.
It is also informed that if in case any additional fund is essentially required to any college it may be mentioned separately as a note in the proforma.
This information should reach this office by 29.06.2015.
